Vitamins are important for the quest for a healthy body.

So it's good to know that tea is rich in vitamin A (the protector), vitamin B6 (the metaboliser), vitamins B1 and B2 (the energy releasers), as well as potassium and manganese. Potassium helps maintain your bodies fluid balance. No wonder we love tea so much!

The average daily intake of tea contains very few calories and only a small amount of fat. When served with milk it provides the following:

  • 17% of your daily calcium requirement
  • 5% of your daily zinc requirement
  • 5% of your folic acid needs
  • 22% of your daily vitamin B2 needs
  • 5% of your daily vitamin B1 and B6 needs
