Caffeine

Contrary to rumours, tea actually contains approximately 2 times less caffeine than coffee.

But how much caffeine a day is ok?

According to reports, 400 to 450mg of caffeine a day is within the recommended limit. This works out at 10-12 cups of tea, depending on the strength of the brew.

So if you want to gently increase your concentration and alertness, a cup of Barry's Tea will get you through.
