Barry's Tea With Graham Rawle

Barry's Tea hooked up with creative cats in Monster Truck Gallery & Studio where art fans were invited to have 'Tea With' one of the UK's most inventive illustrator and writer Graham Rawle for this special workshop. UK's celebrated creative Graham Rawle will share some of his Golden Moments over a delicious cup of Barry's Tea with Barry's Tea fans at this relaxed cultural gathering. Most noted for his farcical illustrated series 'Lost Consonants', in The Weekend Guardian for over 15 years, Rawle's tongue in cheek illustrations are as humorous as they are popular. Graham Rawle's work has incorporated illustration, design, photography and installation, his most recent artistic foray has been as an illustrator/novelist. Among Rawle's published books are The Wonder Book of Fun, Lying Doggo and Diary of an Amateur Photographer. His critically praised Woman's World, an illustrated novel created entirely from fragments of found text taken from 1960's women magazines, has become an international cult sensation and is currently being made into a feature film. His most recent publication, an illustrated book of The Wizard of Oz is a visual representation of L. Frank Baum's original text.
