Sigh. The relentless passage of time and aging is not really worth celebrating however at a friend's stag party a few years ago the going was getting tough for us all. Too much boozing at the bar couldn't be processed by the assembled bodies like it once was. Eventually, thinking I'd be admonished for dropping out, I dared to say "Lads, I'm heading back to the hotel for a cup of Barry's." Cue a mass exodus back to the foyer of the hotel where mugs of Barry's tea were gratefully imbibed and the crack was just as good! It's particularly nice poured from a silver teapot! Sadly, I don't have a picture from then but here's a photo of another lovely Cork liquid!
